"A realist, in Venice, would become a romantic by mere faithfulness to what he saw before him." -- Arthur Symons
Amore At The Grand Canal | I love OPI's red cremes. They're always so shiny and creamy -- the dream to apply. This one is a classic blue-toned red.
Venice The Party? (Limited Edition) | This is an aqua/turquoise-y metallic blue shade that is very eye-catching and shiny. It's slightly streaky, but I can live with that since it's a beautiful colour.
O Suzi Mio | My second least favourite because I'm not a huge fan of jelly-like finishes or medium purples... It's kind of strange, but I prefer very light purples or borderline black purples. This one didn't really do it for me, but it is a super shiny plum!
Baroque... But Still Shopping! (Limited Edition) | This one is an interesting polish for sure. It's a green-tinged gold metallic with gold hex glitter and chunks suspended throughout. I'm not really a huge fan because it's a weird colour... but the concept is pretty true to the name. Reminds me of the Deborah Lippmann super chunky glitters.
My Gondola Or Yours? | YES! I finally got my hands on a black polish by OPI. I love this one because it may look like a straight flat creme from afar, but it actually is kind of a smokey shiny charcoal black. There's tiny shimmer in it that is barely visible on the nail.
I Cannoli Wear OPI | This is a light grey milky white creme that makes for a really good base to marble manicures... more on that shortly...
Worth A Pretty Penne | A rosy copper metallic/flakie that looks so elegant and luxurious. I love it, but it does make my skin look a little red. I love how it's smooth looking and uniformly metallic.
Gimme A Lido Kiss | This is a more warm-toned orange red creme with micro glitter suspended. I did notice a lot of staining with this one and pooling at the cuticles. I do enjoy the shade though, but I'd probably save it for nights out or events.
Tiramisu For Two | This is a sandy pink-toned beige neutral that works pretty well with my reddish skin tone. I'm liking all these neutral cremes OPI is coming out with! I have so many work appropriate shades to choose from nowadays!
St. Mark's The Spot (Limited Edition) | My absolute FAVOURITE from the collection and from any recent collection by OPI this year. I adore all blue polishes and this is no exception. This my friends is a drop-dead gorgeous royal blue shimmer/frosty.
It's A Piazza Cake | Probably my least favourite of the bunch... Just because I'm not too huge on orange. But also because this one was the absolute worst to photograph. It was super shiny I'll give it that, which made my camera freak out... This is a burnt pumpkin creme.
Be There In A Prosecco | This one definitely looks like the fan-favourite My Vampire Is Buff from the OPI Euro Centrale collection a few years back. I never actually got to try that polish, so I'm glad I have this one to finally see what the hype was all about. It's a nice light beige creme.
Gelato On My Mind | This is a pretty robin's egg minty blue that looks amazing on, but once again I wouldn't really expect this for a fall/winter collection. I'll still get a lot of wear out of this regardless of the season. It's very vibrant and pastel.
A Great Opera-tunity | This is a peachy coral slash terracotta kind of shade that goes on really smoothly and is a more vibrant sort of neutral. I like it, but it's a little on the orange-y side for me.
Purple Palazzo Pants | This is a little bit of an outlier for a fall/winter collection, but it's very pretty and wearable nonetheless. A lavender purple creme with just the right amount of vibrancy and no muting. Love!
