Infinite Shine Summer 2015 (Part 2) - Swatches & Review

Description of Photo

Can never have too much of a good thing, that good thing being Infinite Shine!

Description of Photo

The Sun Never Sets | A true orange creme that screams summer and beach. I would prefer this one on toes. It is, however, super shiny and more on the cantaloupe spectrum of oranges.

The Golden Era | Along the same lines as Silver On Ice, this is a streaky flat metallic gold that is more muted than what I usually like for golds. I once again would prefer a flakie or glitter finish, but this may be a good polish for stamping.

Bee Mine Forever | A pale to medium yellow creme that wouldn't be my first choice to wear just on its own but will work beautifully for nail art (especially tape manicures!)

S-ageless Beauty | This is a very pale, sage green creme that looks a little more vibrant in real life than in photographs. It reminds me of mint chocolate chip ice cream or gelato. Not something I would wear on its own but it is a nice creme!

To Be Continued | My favourite of the 12 shades in the collection would have to be this periwinkle blue. I can never pass up a periwinkle blue and love how it looks in any season. This is on the more purple side compared to Essie's Bikini So Teeny. It is a much better in terms of formulation and opacity than Essie though!

Wild Blue Yonder | I really enjoyed this bright pop of blue. It is a very flat creme shade and primary colour-esque, but perfect for the warmer months. Not to mention the formulation, shine and opacity was superb.

All in all, the Infinite Shines do not disappoint in the formulation and shine factors. I don't think any brand has OPI beat on that one. As well, they are all 2-coaters which makes life a whole lot easier. Used in conjunction with the Step 1 Base Coat and Step 3 Top Coat, your manicures will be looking flawless for a much longer time than regular nail polish.

That concludes the Infinite Shine Summer 2015 swatches and review! But just when you thought we were done with Infinite Shine... Stay tuned for this year's Soft Shades Collection -- with Infinite Shine formulation! *squeals of joy*
