I was in Edmonton this past weekend just for the sake of going to Edmonton. It seems that I've been frequenting the capital up north quite often. With no real purpose, we just drove around the city and found some neat places to shoot. By neat places, I usually mean solid walls of buildings or forgotten corners like this one on the University of Alberta campus.
I'm loving the versatility of this black pleated skirt. Who knew such a simple piece could be worn so many different ways! Tucking in a boyfriend fit oxford shirt gives a nice, feminine silhouette without getting too girly. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have a slight obsession with hats and have been lemming this camel beauty from J. Crew. I have a relatively small head so finding hats that fit properly are a huge plus. This summer season, I'm opting for a lighter neutral palette filled with warm tone browns and creams, not forgetting some splashes of colour here and there. Everyone knows that I can't live without a bold lip!
